Mix Delivery Guidelines

*** PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR LATEST ROUGH MIXES AS ‘.MP3’ FILES FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ***

*** REMOVE ALL PLUGINS FROM THE LEAD VOCAL ***
(if any plug in or effect processing is key to the songs production  then please duplicate the track and remove all plugins as a backup for SAW. Name this track ‘Raw Vox’ )

 

If guitar + bass ''DI'' tracks were used to feed amp sims etc please provide these also.

IF BPM IS KNOWN - WRITE IN MAIN FOLDER NAME AFTER SONG TITLE
FOR EXAMPLE: ‘’HITS DI JOUR - 125BPM’’

 

 

What to do next:

1. Label all your tracks properly ( refer to my label system below )
   
    

2. Consolidate your tracks; each track should be the entire length of the song and they all need to start from the beginning of the session. This way when I import your multi-tracks into my session, they line up perfectly.
   *If you are unclear on how to do this, there are a ton of YouTube tutorials.
   
    

3. Export your tracks:

 

Download the template ‘SAW SESSION Folder Hierarchy’ :

• Change the folder names in the template to fit your song

• Export your tracks into the proper file folders

• Uncheck “normalize audio” if that’s an option

• Provide a tempo map if applicable

• ZIP or compress your folder
   

   4. Upload your session folder to our cloud:

 

• Simply drag and drop the Compressed or Zipped folder on the the screen or click the button Choose from computer to add files

• Enter your email

• Press upload
